1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after itinerary approval by our team and receipt of a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email. Any advance amount, if applicable, is shared clearly before confirmation.
2. Pricing & Payments
Displayed fares are starting prices for common routes, vehicle types, or package tiers. Final pricing depends on itinerary, season, vehicle category, waiting, extra kilometres, and any route-specific union rules. The confirmed fare shared by our team is the applicable fare for your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations shared in advance are reviewed case by case based on the confirmed itinerary, hotel commitments, and vendor rules. Any non-refundable component already blocked for the trip will be communicated transparently at the time of cancellation review.
4. Vehicle Usage
Vehicles are assigned as per confirmed itinerary and passenger/luggage requirements. Route deviations, overtime, extra kilometres, or local union-mandated vehicle changes may attract additional charges, which are explained before service continuation wherever possible.
5. Driver Hours & Waiting
Driver duty hours, waiting allowance, and night halt conditions vary by route and itinerary. These details are clarified during confirmation, especially for long sightseeing days, late-night pickups, or multi-sector travel.
